Good small family-run restaurant. They have English menu which is good. The beef soup was delicious and served with rice, medium spicy is toned down, so if you have high spice tolerance, ask for spicy. Incredible value for money and they accept card payment. I will come back.
Love it, amazing fresh ingredients and delicious. Generous portions and free rice refill. Candy and hee husband do a great job.
Seeing the reviews I get their point about the kids and table spacing; however, if you have been to Asia that atmosphere feels like that. I really don’t mind it. It kinda feels like being back in Asia. The price and quantity is decent. Not many restaurants serve rice with the meal which is a plus to me (rice meal instead of chips). We are still exploring the menu but the crispy fish sweet n sour and hot pot satisfies my wife and son.
My son and his girlfriend had eaten here few weeks ago, and sent me a photo of the menu - which looked amazing. On our visit to see them yesterday I was keen to eat here.
We (5 of us) ordered; pork with egg and black fungi, deep fried Kung Po Chicken, Crispy fish in sweet & sour sauce (highly recommend this one ????????????) , and Kiki and I shared the spicy fish hotpot - which was absolutely delicious... There were so many dishes on the menu I'd love to try ????
Lovely, relaxed, family run, small restaurant (with gorgeous children ????), friendly atmosphere, the ingredients are fresh, food was served quickly, hot, super tasty, and the bill was very reasonable ????????
Will be back next time we visit Southampton. Thank you so much ????????????????

Appearance 3/5 - Too little amount of vegetable. The whole dish was filled with dark soy sauce. (Suggestion: More vegetable, more green elements)
Taste 4/5 - Not bad, as I required them to lower the amount of salt.
Texture 3/5 - The whole dish feels oily, my mouth was full of oil after finished the dish.
Size of the dish - Small
Service 3.5/5 - Refill my rice bowl when I finished my first one. Didn't provide me water though.
Environment 2/5 - Dark environment, with baby crying next to me.

Friendly and helpful staff as have gluten intolerance.
Talking of intolerance, previous reviews mentions small children playing and this being an issue.
Get a life.

Small perfectly formed cafe style restaurant. Beef and leek and pak choi were delicious. Good friendly service. Good value and fresh tasty food
Absolutely terrible like walking into someone's front room children jumping on food boxes next to you when ordering no rice available seating is like a school dinner Hall just the size of a bathroom would give 0 ratinf if i could Absolute shambles! Walked out no food went elsewhere dreadful!
