I couldn't agree with the other reviews any more. Fantastic practice, staff incredibly friendly and professional, and really do set you at ease from beginning to end. I was scheduled for an appointment this week to have two fillings and was rather nervous (I have had very painful fillings before). The dentist was calming, personable and so gentle (!), that it was a pain free experience. I am so impressed by the service at this clinic, would certainly recommend, especially if you don't want to dread your dentists appointments any more. Thanks! E.Hill
going to the dentist is never a pleasant experience but this is pretty much as good as its going to get. great opening hours, friendly staff, thorough but efficient examination, clear and concise recommendations, calm dentist who explains what is happening and why at each stage of the process and to top it all, a tiny door in the waiting area for the Tooth Fairy; whats life without whimsy after all?
This has been the best experience of dentistry i have had and i would recommend anyone to book here when you need to.
I had a wonderful experience. I went to the dentistry first time, after having read the reviews here, for an extraction. Yes! Hiba is fantastic! She is delicate, caring, friendly, explained everything to me and took my tooth out with no pain and no complications. Even after the anesthesia I didn't even have to take a paracetamol. Everybody was very friendly and made me feel at home. The prices are normal for a private surgery and very reasonable compared to other private surgeries. Compared to NHS prices all I have to say is that I changed my NHS dentist because he didn't seem to care and I had already paid twice for him to do nothing. Not even advice me. 3 min max appointment.
Came in for an emergency appointment (did not book or call in advance, was just hoping they had a space last minute!). The staff really went above and beyond to help me, and were all absolutely lovely! I cannot fault my experience in any way and am extremely happy with the dental work they gave me - Have already booked in for a full check up next week. Cannot recommend more highly, an excellent Dentist surgery!
Excellent dentist!! As a nervous patient, they made me feel very comfortable. I had emergency work done, and although I would say my circumstance was somewhat urgent, they managed to squeeze me in for an appointment for which I am very very thankful (special thanks to the receptionist!!!!).

Really happy I've changed to this dentist, when I arrived they were very welcoming! The dentist was very calming and informative. Checked my teeth and gums gently, gave me an X Ray, and a full consultation at a fair price. Very clean and tidy on arrival! Can not fault the service! :)
Hibba was a great hygienist, no complaints. She made me feel very comfortable and did a great job with the scale and polish.
The dentist bloke however, kept trying to push me to get fillings. When I saw him in October he said I needed one and said that if I didn't do it now it would cause a lot of pain in the future. I then saw him again in April and said I needed three fillings. After he gave me the most uncomfortable scale and polish I've ever received, I decided I wanted to get my fillings done with my family dentist. I went to my dentist in Cornwall, a trusted professional, and he said that I didn't need any fillings at all.
I think the dentist who saw me is either incompetent or trying to make money through unnecessary dental work. At £125 a filling, it's easy to see why he'd try this on. It's shameful to take advantage of people in this way.
Either way, I can't recommend going here. You may save a little money at first, but after paying for fillings that you don't need, you'll be far worse off.
Dr Sarah Murray is the best dentist I've ever had!! Going to the dentist isn't a pleasant experience usually but these guys are fantastic. Really put me at ease, explain everything well and you get exceptional service for not much more than you'd pay for an NHS dentist. Well worth the money!
