The staff are always polite and friendly, and also try to answer any questions posed. The pharmacist is always super busy, but makes time to assist me, whenever I go in.
My view of them has changed over time. I find them now to be supportive and helpful. I’d still say they don’t always have medication in stock but will get it delivered next day. Not open on weekends though.
Rude and unprofessional staff. When I arrived lady at the counter ignored me. Heard staff have a conversation about how she can’t wait to finish and go home and take her bra off. When I was given my medication I asked to confirm if I had been given the right item on my prescription. the pharmacist asked why I had asked this. I explained because I want to make sure I’ve been given the correct cream especially if I’ve paid for it and after hearing the conversation between you and the staff behind the counter about which cream it was I think I was entitled to ask. Will not be going back there any time soon. Very hostile environment.
This is my local chemist the staff and manager are very helpful. My only complaint is when I did get prescriptions sent to this chemist I never got the full amount. Maybe because it's a large estate and they run out quickly!?

I paid £12.99 for Chloramphenicol antibiotic in this pharmacy, I did a price check at Temple pharmacy on lakedale Road, their price was £7.99. What a big difference!!!
