Smooth process so far the company seem very efficient and helpful with questions occasionally the replies are slightly longer than they could be, but within half a day.
The consultation itself was with a doctor well-versed in medicines and also had an excellent knowledge of the formulary and previous experiences other patients had.
Cost has been fair and all together the outlay has good value for money and around market average.
Communication is quite difficult at times especially with the pharmacy, other than that I can't fault much. Service is really good I just think the whole delivery process needs to be more clear. Other pharmacy's are getting medication to customers much quicker, within 2 to 3 days if not less usually. As for my experience so far with cb1 my medication has taken up most of a week to 10 days. This can be detrimental when waiting for prescriptions.
Great experience and service from this really professional clinic. Speedy and efficient process which was super informative through every step.. Dr's, nursing & support and pharmacy team have all been so great. Couldn't recommend CB1 enough from what I've experienced so far.
have tried numerous products to aid relaxation and get a good nights sleep to no avail, and thought I would give this in try! since using the oil my anxiety levels have decreased and my sleep pattern has most definitely improved. The staff are friendly, helpful and professional. Staff really nice, and keep in touch to monitor my progress and any questions I may have. I feel very comfortable talking about my situation as no judgement or negative feedback. I feel like my life, health and symptoms are being taken seriously but with care .
Follow up appointment over the telephone was relaxed, no rushing, he answered all the questions about my medication and progress without prejudice, sarcasm and was so easy and a breath of fresh air. I can say that if you are thinking of treatment and support like no where else then you will be in very caring and professional hands that really do make you feel that you are important and heard with respect and understanding. 5 ⭐ are not enough.
