Nice fish and chip shop. Clean and stylish. Reasonable prices for the area. Had a large cod and chips and my Mrs had a medium sized one. Could not tell the difference except for plate size, the 2 bits of cod were identical. Nice curry sauce, nice and thick. Mushy peas nothing special Staff were friendly and efficient and overall the quality was OK.
Visited this week for the first time excellent value for money and very good Fish and chips.very friendly helpful attentive professional staff . Would recommend this establishment to everyone
Wow! What a gem of a find! We found this lovely cafe/chippy for lunch and thought we would try it out. We weren't disappointed. The service was good, food and drinks ordered from our table. The decor was a great talking point. The photos and pictures of all things related to the sea was lovely.
The food was incredible. Daughter has the fish pie and veg, she ate the lot! Husband and I enjoyed our dishes.
Good selection of cold and hot drinks.
Seating inside but they also run takeaway service. No parking that we saw. Has a couple of toilets at the back of the cafe area.
A new chippy in town. A friend and I walked in after the Christmas light switch on in town.
Lots of takeaways going on and busy in the restaurant.
They have decorated it nicely and there's lots of space for pushchairs in the front of the restaurant.
A nice young lady served us who was kind and smart, just needs to build some confidence.
Food was delicious and came in good time. Enough food to feel a happy kinda full. Chips cooked nicely, not too greasy. Sausage was just right. Curry sauce was ok, but could do with improvement.
Drinks were from cans or bottles from the fridge which was ok.
The lady behind the till was very happy and kind which was nice and left feeling good.
A friendly warm atmosphere as you walk in, with friendly staff taking you to your seat. You are instantly made to feel welcomed.
The service provided is of top quality with very professional and polite members of staff. Catch have really employed amazing staff members here.
The food was served in good timing and the quality was incredible. Every item on the plate (4 of us) was at the correct temperature and cooked to a high standard. The food was obviously sourced from quality ingredients as the taste of the meals was excellent.
From start to finish I can personally highly recommend this place to eat out at.
We had a takeout of 2 large cod and large chips. But we were given chips in both boxes which was fine, very good portions. Alsoe bit of cod looked small and one was large. The cod was very fresh and cooked perfectly also the batter was nice and light. We have been to better chip shops with better and bigger cod around the area such as black and white in combe martin. However we did enjoy this one, very nice.
Great take. Away from Catch tasty hot food delivered.
