Horrendous customer service ,spoke down to my mother wouldn't not recommend anyone use
Tail pipe came off my car,could not take it to my usual garage,(unfortunately to busy but they recommend this garage).
The owner was friendly and told me I would not damage the engine driving, so I was able to book an appointment.
Great MOT experience, sorted all the defects at short notice to get it passed. Will return for any further work for sure.
I would NOT recommend Castletown MOT Centre. Had MOT and Service which they passed. My car was in good working order until after the service and now having problems
Diagnosed fault on car. needed part so asked him to order it, a week later I popped in because I hadn't heard from him, reminded him of the job. It's now about a month later and still waiting. Needless to say I'm now looking for a more reliable garage and won't go back.
Had a wheel bearing done great job great price aswell 1st time using the garage will be back again
Been using alan and Andrew for a few years now. Always great service at great prices too. They do great work and supply receipts for all work done too
