Dentist had no empathy at all he was removing a very painful fractured tooth and he was being unnecessary rude also threatening to not treat patient if she moves which was unavoidable she was in excruciating pain. Will be making a formal complaint to 111 as they referred us there

I had an emergency appointment on Friday and had options but chose tooth extraction. It’s my second visit now and very happy with the service. The aftercare pack was a nice touch. Thankyou for putting me as ease as I am an anxious customer.
I had a tooth removal today done by the younger dentist he was lovely talked me through everything he was doing and really put me at ease as I do not like going to the dentist it was an emergency appointment I could not recommend him highly enough many thanks
If this is the one up the spiral stairs I’m not even a patient here I made an emergency appointment even though there is a waiting list they got me in 50 minutes later and were ready to pull the tooth I’m not good with needles so got medication sorted and referred me to a sedation clinic very clean very professional and did it calm and smiling highly recommended. it’s better than the one near Lloyds where half of them seem to have a attitude problem and don’t care in the slightest
