We booked Carriages for my hubbies birthday. We all had an amazing time.
Also since then we have been and was treated to a high tea . Which was lovely.
Very cozy. Food is amazing! I will definitely be back for lunch, only not on Sundays, very busy and had to wait for quite a while for my apple pie, but I am glad I waited for it, it was delicious! And I love the idea to have lunch in an old-times train carriage, very romantic. Though had to walk around garden centre to find this door that leads to restaurant, ???? it's like secret garden door, not very obvious if you don't know where to look ????
We had a lovely Sunday lunch here. We sat in the train carriage and thought it was wonderful. Excellent food. Easy to order. Nice toilets. Very easy to park in large car park.
A fabulous cosy place. Great fresh tasty food and drinks. I had the lamb dinner which was perfectly cooked. And really loved the dessert, which was a sweet and zingy mandarin and orange cheesecake. The staff are wonderful and so friendly, and they are super attentive and caring. Highly recommended if you are in the area.
To start with the good bits, the young lad serving was excellent. Really happy and polite.
We ordered paninis, I've always had a long panini wherever I've been. This was just like a roll instead.
It was all ok...noting extraordinary.
There are 2 places to eat, the Restaurant or the coffee shop. Food was cooked nicely. It's a place frequented more by older people. No a large variety of desserts. You order at the bar & they bring food & drinks to the table.
Lovely place, delicious Sunday roast. Staff is great. Prices are reasonable. We will come back soon. ????
