I have known Theresa for over 15 years and I have to say that her food is amazing I have even had the opportunity to work with her and her team at events. Best food if you want to think that you are back home in Jamaica
Hired for my father's funeral. We had rice and peas, brown stew chicken, curry mutton, veg pasta, vegetarian curry, coleslaw and fruit cake. Everyone really enjoyed the food and there was sufficent food which allowed people to have fourths.The rice and peas was light and fluffy. The fruit cake was perfect.
I chose CQC for the wake as I had tasted their food at another event and was impressed by their ackee.
From the moment I heard Teresa’s voice over the phone, I felt in safe hands. We talked about the different dishes and how many guests. The whole process was smooth and easy. The food arrived hot and and there was plenty enough for everyone. I’m Scottish and my family and friends are a mix of Jamaican, Maltese, Chinese and English. Everyone absolutely loved the food, especially the Curry Goat. All in all, it was a huge success. We will definitely come back to the Caribbean Queen.
Absolutely stunning chicken wings, packed with seasoning and flavour! I have to say they’re the best wings I’ve ever had!
Ordered a cheeky takeaway this evening as had an oxtail, rice n pea’s craving. Caribbean Queen Caterers Did. Not. Disappoint. Portion size was decent for price, I also got plantain which added to the wonderful experience. The regular coleslaw portion was on the smaller side but it was still very nice. I’d highly recommend!
Theresa made the most wonderful food for our wedding June 2017. Delicious Caribbean food which actually made my step father cry when he tasted it, as it reminded him of the home cooking of his late mother.
The whole process was very professional and Theresa made me comfortable to ask for anything and also comfortable that I could put my trust in her for the food on my big day. We were not disappointed. I would recommend Caribbean Queen to anyone.
Caribbean Queen Caterers catered my wedding in 2018. From the outset, they were friendly and transparent. It was very easy to establish and maintain a professional relationship because communication was faultless.
The food was brilliant, although we had an all Caribbean menu, we had diverse dietary requirements amongst out guests and this was honoured - we were even consulted about individual ingredients!
All of our guests without exception said our food was a hit and continue to talk about it two years later.
