Cakes were demolished as they tasted amazing. Freshly baked and impeccable customer service. As a part of human nature we try to find the negatives and being a fussy person i could not flaw this place. Aesthetically pleasing branch, very clean and tidy. Huge selection of desserts catering for all dietry requirements ie: Gluten free, vegan and lacto free. Clear focus on nutrient density and quality of the foods rather than just trying to make money. The bakers display true world class level off skill and i highly recommend you try this place and experience it for yourself. Thanks, Cakes & Craves Team! Company execs are clearly driving things in the right direction!
Very disappointed and angered by the lack of care by this place. I purchased two milk cakes - one lotus and one rafaello totalling £10. When I got home I found that the milk given with the rafaello milk cake had lumps in it and tasted sour. How can an establishment be giving out expired milk to customers??? This milk cake was purchased for a pregnant woman. Very disappointing to know there’s no quality checks and the product should be fresh and checked regularly to ensure it’s in date. This can lead to food poisoning and health implications. Would give 0 stars if I could.
Great deserts, but quality has gone down. Cheesecakes used to be served in a square containers but now are served in generic plastic takeaway containers that are way too big for the slices. The slices of cheesecake vary and are not consistent in size which is extremely disappointing when I’m paying almost £5 for a single slice. I’ve attached a photo below to show the size difference on two cheesecakes that were the same price. I will happily change my review once I see a change in the quality. Hopefully the owners will take this review into consideration and improve with the feedback given

These items are not fresh at all most likely few days old. Old and expired stuff nothing is fresh so don’t even bother!
The spoons are razor sharp to the point it cut my mouth many times absolute joke of a business!
Amazing spot. Became a regular but had to stop due to the large portion sizes. Well priced clean and helpful. Inshallah the business continues to grow.
This is our go to for milkcakes. The prices are extremely reasonable and the portion sizes are huge too. Weve tried a few of their milk cakes and the white chocolate one is delicious and so is the lotus.
I’m so glad I found this gem of a shop not far from Westfield Stratford! I’ve been going the last few days to get my sweet fix! I’d recommend the milk cakes as they’ve got an array of selections. The quality of the milk cakes and the portion sizes were second to none! The chocolate Baklava was also out of this world! The staff were attentive and offered advice on selections. Their shop is also on the usual delivery apps like Ubereats, Justeat etc. I’m hoping to work my way through the milk cake selections!
The cakes here are truly works of art; each one is meticulously crafted with incredible attention to detail. I couldn't resist trying a few different flavors, and every slice was a heavenly indulgence. The moistness, the richness of flavours in the milk cakes with the perfect level of sweetness left me craving for more☺️.
I can't recommend this cakes and craves enough. It's a true gem for cake enthusiasts and anyone with a sweet tooth. I'll definitely be returning to explore more of their delightful creations.
