I ordered a cake for my sisters birthday which was then butchered. They baked the cake and over compensated with cream. We ordered a 10 inch cake and no exaggeration, 2 inches were cream. Cut into the cake to find that half the cake is 2 layers and then jammed with cream and the other half is 3 layers. I contacted them and let them know with pictures and they offered me credit for my next order. as if I’d go back after such a service. Please avoid whenever you get the chance. Only use this service if it is literally last minute as they will make it on the day but they will not take much care for quality and actual taste. Honestly would put no stars if i could. Id not be using this credit as i have no plans of going back and they refuse partial refunds. Order at your own risk.
Disappointed, bought some cup cakes and a slice of red velvet today. Theu were not fresh and tasted stale. I've bought larger cakes from them before and has always been good quality but not sure their display cakes are fresh.
Disappointed that they sold it saying fresh. They should have knocked off the price as they didn't taste good at all.
Made our wedding cake and it was absolutely gorgeous! Most importantly it was really delicious! Everyone loved it. Thank you for a smooth and easy process. Would highly recommend. Only downside is the topper was falling apart so we had to take it off! :(
Thank you for a lovely cake. Everyone enjoyed it, especially the birthday boy. The cake kept its shape luckily. Looking forward to ordering cakes in the near future from cake street.

Picked up a cake in-store. Wanted Arabic writing on the cake and surprisingly the man at the till could write in Arabic perfectly by hand and with chocolate icing. I was taken back a little, when I saw him do it. Great service and great tasting Chocolate cake. Will have to pay them another visit when I need to order a cake. :)
The staff went over and above to get us a cake at short notice. I was extremely happy with the cake, such a professional service and high quality products. I would definitely recommend
Absolutey Amazing!!! Customer service was very good, proffesional and friendly at the same time. i planned a taylor swift party for my girlfriend and they made me an amazing cake with all the albums on it! very talented and reasonably priced! 10\10 would recommend!!!
