Euro 20,00 per un gelato e un yogurt proprio scarsi, sapore sgradevole e prezzo senza senso
Peccato che non si possano dare zero stelle,
Siamo andati io e il mio ragazzo, abbiamo preso una coppa di gelato a testa (3 palline di gelato per coppa), il gelato sembrava annacquato e privo di sapore, tipo quello che puoi trovare dal giapponese/cinese nel menù “all you can eat”
Poi arriva il conto... 24 euro per 2 gelati!!!
Mi hanno detto “preparazione artigianale” ma forse ci lavora I. Massari direttamente per giustificare questi prezzi!!!
Vergognosi!!!
Unica nota positiva è la possibilità di pagare con la carta
Quando un esercizio è gestito da professionisti.... i risultati non possono che essere al top... la famiglia Bardelli... in questo campo, è una garanzia!

We were charged 10 euros for a very average ice cream cone without asking us if we would like the large size. When we walked in the lady working there straight away held the biggest cone (without us realising this is the bigger portion). We asked for 2 flavours for one person and at the register were told it's 10 Euros. We expressed concern but they said cause it's the large size. Prices were not clear and we were not asked if that's what we wanted.
Even in a small cup they force you to take 2 scoops and charge extra. Very rude staff and unwilling to accommodate tasting for kids to choose their flavours. Gelato also tasted too sweet without much depth of flavour.
Beautiful cafe. We tried gelato and pastries all over Florence and this was the best. Amazing for breakfast since they have a great selection of pastries and breakfast sandwiches next to their coffee bar. Their gelato is amazing as well. Owners and staff were lovely and we felt like they were family. 10/10 recommend.
Спробували в цій желатерії такі сорти желато: чізкейк, м'ята, ночіолла, кава. Сподобалася нам кава та м'ята. Несмакував мені та дружині чізкейк, бо був ну просто дуже солодкий. Ночіола не те щоб водяниста, я б сказав би, що вона просто мала не насичений смак. Персонал привітний. Обслуговування впринципі швидке, тому тут нарікань немає.
