Amazing little coffee shop ran by super friendly staff and serving beautiful coffee! Best coffee shop in South Shields without a doubt. Not to mention the chilli hot dog is to die for ☺️
5* for these guys overall, came in on a soaking wet morning with a newborn in a pram, they helped with the door and helped us to our seats. I had an amazing hotdog and my partner had a breakfast roll, the milkshake was amazing and the atmosphere from the staff was great! Thanks for amazing hospitality, we will be back!
I visited this little cafe with my family for light bites, we had toasties,cake, coffee and milkshake and they're all delicious! Staff are friendly & helpful, thank you for the amazing hospitality definitely will come back next time! ????
Lovely, modern, clean cafe just off the market place in South Shields. Can't comment on food because we only had coffee but everything about the place is absolutely perfect. Will definitely go back and recommend to family and friends. Please support local businesses.
Cafe 42 is a great, friendly little place. The owner and his family/staff go out of their way to make sure you are happy. The cafe is clean and comfortable and the food is always fresh. It's about 30 steps away from the local market place and near to the shopping centre, Asda and Metro and bus Interchange. Highly recommended ????
On of the best afternoon teas/treat boxes I have ordered. Masses of food in the boxes. The ones I have had before always skimped on the contents but not these. Value for money and a fab selection of sandwich fillings and cake selections. Loved the cheese board selection. I would definitely order these again and I have already raved about this to my friends and family. If I could give more stars then I would. Well done Alan.
Ordered an afternoon tea box for my brother and his wife while are going through a difficult time. Never expected to be sorted so quickly and delivered at exactly the time they said with a lovely note
Alan is one of the friendliest people I have dealt with over the phone and I'll be sure to pop in when I'm back home for the weekend.
Most importantly I'm told the box was delicious and since I've seen the photos I'm craving an afternoon tea ... if only I wasnt 150 miles away
