The Nissan garage recommended Caddicks for body work on my micra so I booked it in and I'm delighted with the result. Absolutely perfect and the valet inside was a lovely surprise when we picked the car up.

Caddick's were recommended by my local Toyota Main Dealer after a botched repair to my car following a minor accident. I was very impressed by the efficient way Matt Caddick assessed the damage and quickly produced an estimate for my insurance company. Once given the go ahead, they collected my car and returned it professionally repaired and restored to its original as new condition. I cannot praise them enough for the quality of their work and the service provided – highly recommended.
Was parked close to them and apparently one of their employees scratch my car when moving vehicles in and out of the shop.
When walking towards my car a employee approached me, apologised and organised for the scratch to be repaired the following week.
I'm still amazed at how smoothly this all went and the honesty and professionalism displayed by this business.

Fitted us in when our starter motor went as we were visiting family is Stafford, lovely friendly receptionist, mechanics greeted us, very reasonable quote, repairs as quoted, drove away same day. Can't thank you enough for your professional and skilled service and for getting us home again.
