Excellent service. I have to come here every 3 months for my prescription. They are always very good. Yes at present they have some issues, staff, computers and even the card machine can play them up! But they are always polite and helpful. I’ve never had a problem and will continue to use them. They are A great local chemist.
this is a awfully run business. after being asked to wait just a few minutes and waiting 20. i was told to come back later due to backlog. i returned an hour later and the premises had closed due to demand of prescription filling needs.
this is my last visit here. i will find a new pharmacy. on a good day , they are just slow and unknowledgeable, only fill half prescription , all ways a shortage of medicines, no knowledge of when they become available. they don't responded to phone or email due to constant issues and claim to be under staff, but never advertise for staff needed.
shame on them.

Sadly, I feel compelled to share my experience with this location over the past several months. Every time our surgery submits a script for filling, it doesn't get filled until I arrive to collect it. We are a healthy family and don't need meds often, so I really feel badly for those who have to deal with the slow service on a regular basis. For many months they've had a sign on display reporting that due to ongoing internet problems, they are unable to take requests via email, phone or in-person. I can't imagine the internet problem couldn't be resolved by now and not sure how that affects in-person requests. I am changing to another pharmacy as it's always a full day or multiple day investment running back and forth for one script.
If they are overwhelmed with business, then stop taking new business!
Without a doubt the worst pharmacy I have ever been to.
I required an urgent prescription which my GP sent to the pharmacy. I attended the pharmacy the following day to be told I was queue jumping and despite them having the medication they refused to dispense the prescription. They sent me to a different pharmacy with my paper prescription, only to find out when I got there they hadn't actually 'returned' it on the system so it couldn't be dispensed. After trying to call them 6 times without success, I then had to resort to an emergency prescription via 111 in the advice of the other pharmacy I had attended.

One of the worsts pharmacies I’ve ever been too. Very slow and the system they use is rubbish. Please go somewhere else if you can
Worst chemist I've ever had the misfortune to use. Never answer the phone and closes without warning so unable to pick up prescription!! Will nominate another chemist from now on appalling service
I think the last 2 reviews are very unfair. In the middle of a pandemic nothing is normal. The service is still brilliant , the staff are very good, working hard and at the start, long hours, weekends and bank holidays to make sure everyone got their medication. Yes, it sometimes took a bit longer but this is to be expected with only one customer in shop.
