If I remember rightly their motto is "arrive as strangers, leave as friends" and this is my experience. Been using this garage for 6 years and won't go anywhere else. They are also trialling pick-up and drop off of the vehicle which was amazing! Keep doing what you are doing guys and thank you.
Glad I found this garage as I will now only use this one going forward because they are all very friendly and likeable, which is def not always the case with garages, and they are highly knowledgeable and professional. They show you all the parts they replaced and also dropped me back off and picked me up to collect car at end of day. Highly recommend
Absolutely shocking first time dealing with this garage. My wife's car was booked in for 5:30pm for a mot. Turned up at 5:15 to be told the boss has been out all day her car won't be done and to take it back the following day after the school run for them then to take all day doing the mot while aware that she had to pick her daughter up again from school. Then failing it for 1 minor issue then passing it within the same minute and also charged her £15 pound more without notifying her that it will cost for adjusting a headlight which is a turn of a screw. Definitely won't be recommending this garage to anyone and definitely won't be using this garage again.
Very professional service after I managed to crack the alloy wheel on my car, full repair carried out in the timeframe they said, they sent videos of the work done and moved wheels around to save on further repair costs. Will definitely use them again.
