Had a takeaway here 7/1/24 I use these regularly as the food has always been very good .sadly the staff need to have better customer service and change their attitude no please or Thankyou just here’s your food especially the young girl on the counter no manners at all.
You need to treat your customers with respect there are other takeaway’s in the area you will loose your regular customers.
ordered food for collection in 30 minutes when i arrived home a 5 minute drive the food had to be reheated in the microwave as it was cold. The rudeness of staff is beyond belief when your collecting and paying for food. But if that's the Chinese culture and way of life it certainly isn't my way of life. If I had a rude attitude going in the shop i'd be classed as racist. My advice is stay clear, they need to learn British manners.

Had been recommended by a friend, spare ribs were mostly bones no meat and didnt taste of barbecue sauce.
I'm in shock I have a very serious reaction to prawns and I asked for no prawns as I'm allergic I came home and half way threw I found 2 prawns I started to have a reaction I went down to the shop with a plate of my food with the prawns in my food she didn't even say sorry she just said I just write the checks it's not her fault that there was prawn in it she even tried to say it was cooked pork until I showed her the plate with prawns on it she asked me what do u want me to do I was shocked she didn't give a cap that I could of ended up in hospital she did give me a refund but even tried to give me my food back that had prawns in it I'm in shock I will be taking this further this place needs to be investigated any one with allergy should never eat here
Gone down hill chicken fried rice all stuck together like mush and greasy and chow mein veru greasy used to be lovely but Courtney steer Chinese is much better and higher rating ! And the women there is not welcoming
Honestly can't find any other Chinese that tastes better than this place... amazing hot tasty food everytime! Never go any where else since we tried this place few years ago. Everything is so good about it.
Very pleasant staff - 5 rating on hygiene from council - always a plus! Food was excellent though for me the chicken curry was extraordinarily hot compared to other takeaways - but the duck with mushroom was supreme!
