I have been meaning to write a review for a while, after being diagnosed with a rare blood Cancer last year and needing a Stem cell transplant, I was advised to get my covid vaccines again, after circling for weeks my local surgeries were unable to help. Thank God for Amay and his amazing team. We are so incredibly lucky to have them working in this area, thank you for the advice and assistance.
I attended Bryant Road Pharmacy for my covid re vacination after my SCT. Amay was so knowledgeable and really took care of me. Even though this pharmacy is not my nearest one, I will definitely be going back for my other jabs. Thank you.
Went for the vaccination of my 6 year old daughter. Tue staff took extra care of my nervous little one and made the procedure so comfortable for her. Lovely gesture from Amal and Nisha who took extra care and was so sweet with my daughter. The service was so lovely that we recommended this place to anyone.
Lovely staff. More helpful then my actualy Dr's. Went in chemist crying with pain in ear. They gave some spray 1 spray has honestly helped so much.
My husband and I went for our flu and Covid boosters yesterday and we received first class professional service. On this occasion I was in a wheelchair, and the staff catered for me admirably.

I booked an appointment at the vaccination clinic associated with this pharmacy, through the NHS link which was texted me through NHS as I was rated as High risk due to few medical conditions at the beginning of the year. When I visited this clinic, they said I was not at High risk and cannot get a vaccination. I tried to explain to them why I was classified as High Risk and they did not accept it. The project manager (Amay) who I believe is only a manager and not a medical practitioner decided to make this decision. I am fine to wait for few more days; get into a walk-in clinic and get a vaccination, however, the way I was treated was absolutely unacceptable and this guy Amay was extremely rude. I left the place with a place with a lot of embarrassment let alone the time wasted as well. I was discussing this with one of my friends and she has had a similar kind of experience with vaccinations declined for her parents who were over 60s at this vaccination clinic. Looks like they are forming their own rules and not treating the patients properly, in spite of the fact they get paid quite a lot for the vaccination program.
Went to the vaccine centre to get my first jab today. I was so so nervous however, the centre was so accommodating and reassuring. Highly recommend getting your vaccine here
