The guys are Bruntcliffe MOT Centre were just fantastic. My brother and I called at 4.30pm on the off chance they would help as my brake pipe hose had broken, leaving me with no brakes at all ! Without question they instantly got on the phone to order a new pipe and within the hour my car was fixed and I was back on the road. I would definitely recommend them and will be going back in the future. Thank you so much guys !
They told me that my whole cooling system needed to be changed when I could’ve gotten done for free of my warranty and started working on it before telling me and called me saying that they had started working on it. I got my car in for a timing belt change not to change the cooling system.
Literally 3 months later, the hose is leaking and then having a closer look at it, I could see that they had used non original parts instead of original parts from Ford which has now damaged my engine.
