Best KPortal Reviews

I cannot believe I have been asked for a review. Isn't Marketing Automation a wonderful(ly horrible) thing? I booked a flu jab appointment for my mum. The booking process was great and there were lots of slots available. Now it's not easy to get her out of the house. She is 86, extremely frail (dramatically more in the last year since my dad died) and she suffers severe agraphobia so physically getting her into a car and then out the other end without having a panic attack is probably the equivalent of running a marathon. That's even before sleeves are rolled up and a flu jab is administered. We arrived to be greeted with surprised faces. Apparently, the pharmacy at Canal Side, Monton hasn't even had its batch of flu-jab kits delivered yet. 'Oh sorry, you'll need to come back in a couple of weeks. We don't have any and I don't know how you were able to book the appointment anyway. Actually, you're not the first person we have had come in.....'
What's annoying is that they had my email and phone number. I even had an email reminding me about the appointment an hour before. I also booked the morning off work for this whole debacle. Now we have to do it all again. This shouldn't happen.
BAD BAD service. That'll teach you for sending me a trigger email asking for a review... Pah.
I had to publish my review today as this pharmacy deserves a 5* rating. They are so friendly and helpful. In my experience, I have always found pharmacists to be overly serious and they hardly crack a smile.
SMS - Thanks for always being friendly and helpfu. Keep up the good work and fantastic service
I came here a few weeks ago. I phoned all the out of hours pharmacies in the Salford area who did not stock the drug my partner needed. He was really ill. I phoned here last and the pharmacist was brilliant and confirmed they had it. He was really professional and friendly offering directions. Got to the pharmacy and the pharmacist served me. He was lovely. I would definitely use this pharmacy again and i'm very grateful they were fully stocked. The out of hours pharmacy where I live never has anything you need in stock.
Poor service!
After looking online for a pharmacy open late on a Sunday, this establishment came up, rang them to double check the closing time and to ask if they had a nasal aspirador for a baby as my 9 week daughter is poorly. The Non professional person which answered the phone said yes we do sell them. My wifey drives 12 miles to be told no we don’t sell them.
This is poor service and I hope the management team can look into this!
Went there with my family and the big asian lady behind the shop counter (and on the photos) made our visit a toxic one. She was rude and shaking her head on every question asked. She either had a bad day, doesn't like her job or hate black people which won't surprise me. First & last for me.
Repond to the reply, she never offer to buy a mask ( stop lying) and she could easily ask me in a professional tone to go outside instead of pointing the finger like am her pet. I never talk about her weight or discriminate anyone since she never offered her name or didnt had a badge on thats the best way i could describe her, i know the law and its my job so please don't go there. Just train your staff its appauling you don't even accept feedbacks unbelievable
This pharmacy has an automatic for which you have to touch to open and exit.
There is parking just around the corner, or outside on Great cheetham street.
It is wide and easy to look around. A big space and wheelchair navigatable.
There were a few people working behind the screen, behind the desk, and service was prompt and efficient.
Enjoy shopping here!
The dispensers are lovely people but the pharmacist is very rude chand
I went to this shop more times, and usually is the british guy services me, he is a nice guy. But today are 2 Asian women here, one of them is very rude and don’t have patient. Please training them
