The tray underneath my car near the front needed fixing and Ian did it within 10 minutes, half an hour after I phoned the garage. Being from Bristol and needing to drive home that same day, this was greatly appreciated! The price was excellent too!
Ian, Paul & Vickie were absolute legends today. We had some engine issues while miles away from home, everywhere called mentioned being booked out for two weeks. Given our situation it wasn’t gonna play out in our favour! However these guys got us squeezed in and fixed the issues in just a couple hours. For a very reasonable rate. Had a clutch replacement due the day before coming on holiday to littlehaven which unfortunately got delayed by a few weeks. Thought I'd check in here to see if they could do it before holiday was over.
Ordered the parts there and then, said he could do it by Friday, done by Tuesday! Ian also sorted me out with a great price.

On holiday, car displayed engine fault, one phone call and they saw the car an hour later. The fault wasn't serious so we could carry on our holiday and get it sorted when we get home. Fantastically helpful, would recommend to anyone on there travels.
We were on holiday nearby in our classic VW camper and noticed after checking her engine that the fan belt had started to perish. We dropped into Broadway Garage, and within a few hours she was fixed for a very reasonable price. We also then noticed a noise we thought would go once the fan belt was changed was still there. The mechanic had a quick look, fixed it straight away and wouldn't take any money from us.
We are very grateful for getting our homeback on the road quickly. We made it back to Cambridge the next day without hitch. Thank you and would definitely recommend this garage.
Car suffered broken suspension coil on a Friday afternoon. Parts ordered and repair done first thing Monday morning. Very impressed with service, staff and price. Highly recommended.
