The service without a smile. Staff = Abrupt, rude, miserable, unprofessional and pathetic. Have signs within the pharmacy saying they do not tolerate verbal abuse and violence. Fair enough, but should also read = we do not tolerate people, you are not welcome. That would be more informative so you know in advance what service to expect from the intolerant unpleasant beings inside. All these other not so great reviews can't be wrong.
Great service, ordered my repeat prescription online on Sunday 3rd March, got a text message to say I can pick it up on Tuesday 5th March, now that is a great service, thank you everyone.
Went in today and asked the pharmacist if he could have a look at my daughters throat, as so sore, and unable to get a gp apt anytime soon, told by pharmacist "we don't have the facility for that" Totally gobsmacked . Useless service.
The pharmacist is never on time so the poor girls working can’t get on and give out prescriptions until he’s there.
I went in this pharmacy as a walk in customer for my covid and Flu jabs the young lady on reception was v helpful and the pharmacist gave me my jabs no problem at all. The waiting time was next to nothing. Fab!
Really upset with my experience today. I had gone to the pharmacy to collect some prescriptions. I had my 4 year old son with me as he has been sent home unwell with asthma problems. My son had been fiddling with an already broken poster that he accidently ripped a bit more which I apologized for. My son had then moved a chair without my knowledge whilst I was trying to sort out a prescription they did not have in stock. As I went to leave the pharmacist proceeded to shout at me to move the chair back. I obviously did this, but very upset with how he had reacted. If I had known I would have moved it straight back. Anyhow it's safe to say that I no longer feel I can return to the pharmacy after many years of using their service, therefore have changed to another local pharmacy. It is such a shame that professionals can make people feel this way, a simple polite talk would have been suffice.
Booked a flu jab online. Get asked how old I am in front of a packed pharmacy and obliged to announce it to everyone. Was 5 mins early and asked to fill in in an online form and then have to wait 15 mins after I've completed it. Then told their computer system is not linked to my GP's so they give me a printed form that I have to physically take to my GP. Terrible service!
Not the best service.Doctor sent a prescription to them yesterday.Went in the afternoon.Closed.Went this morning at nine.A queue. Told me that one part of prescription would not be included today.Sat for at least 15 minutes.Finally got it and all complete.Just gave me an old prescription receipt for different drugs.Usually use an on line service thàt is great.
