I've been to livelier funerals. Atmosphere from looking at the board and asked straight away can I take your order very straight forward. Two English people in Wales again with attitudes. They mentioned they didn't do any business the day before which was not surprising and I understandable given the atmosphere. Prices were slightly dearer than some cafes. First and last time here I think.
Stopped here for the first time. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Ordered a bacon bap and small breakfast- both were cooked to perfection. No ‘old’ oil or evidence of precooked sausage or bacon, all cooked fresh to order. Don’t get me wrong, this is not a ‘all singing’ cafe with Al a carte menu, but it is exactly what is meant to be, a fab cafe with good breakfasts. Atmosphere is a little drab due to décor however Decor is due to be spruced up soon (according to lovely female owner) which would have added another star to my review. Overall good value and would use again
My cars windscreen washers had frozen solid, I was all out of water, barely any visibility when I saw Bri's drive by and pulled over.
The lovely ladies on there were only to obliging to supply me some water in my bottle and whilst there I indulged in a breakfast and a coffee... It was perfection!
After a stressful long drive stopping here was a delight, so pleasant, lovely clean cafe, delicious, well priced freshly cooked food and so helpful.
Well worth stopping here. Also good toilets just across from the cafe.

Cracking cafe, clean, friendly, had s brilliant breakfast for under a tenner! Can't go wrong, will be stopping here next time I pass
Great service and good food, but the only thing is they haven’t updated their times, as we just been here and they are closed
Food was great but also a massive shout out to Ian, his wife and all the staff that made us feel so welcome after breaking down in our van. They went above and beyond to help us out and made us feel at home. Great place run by family people cannot thank them enough.
A wonderful lunch stop. Friendly staff, service with a smile and great food. The oven cooked omelette, clearly a speciality was delicious. A perfect place to stop.
