Absolutely fantastic place. I had fish, chips and scraps the portion was massive and was delicious, best fish and chips in Scarborough! Lady behind the counter was lovely and service was very good and efficient. Will definitely be returning.
I have to say never had a big chippy before!. The fish was so big and crispy, we had just one and we shared it. The place looked amazing and the staffs were so helpful and nice. The place where we live normally serves the mushy peas all over the fish and chips but we got it in a bowl here.
The lady serving us was really lovely and patient as we took our time choosing. Finally we chose large chips, large sausage, fish cake, mushy peas and curry sauce. We are from Liverpool and I wish we had this chippy. Everything was very fresh and absolutely delicious. All staff were lovely.
Just had the best fish and chips in ages, quite by accident!
You can eat in for an extra pound and I also had a large pot of tea. Absolutely fantastic, beautiful white fish, crispy batter and great service. I will be back!

Fish and batter were delicious. Chips quite good. Friendly staff and clean toilets. Ketchup not included in price, even if you eat in. The tables and couches were clean but didn't feel like eating at a restaurant. It felt more like having a takeaway in the restaurant.
Lovely fish and chips and even lovelier service. Looking for a fish shop and this was the closest one open luckily, the fish and chips were great I will definitely be back and definitely recommending them. Very friendly service a credit to the business.

Best fish and chips in Scarborough
My wife and myself found this place by chance wondering off the main street in Scarborough. Decided to give it a try and very happy. You can eat in or take out. The quality, quantity and price is outstanding and is spotlessly clean throughout. Having visited Scarborough very many times over past years, we doubt if it can be beaten. Went again the following night and just as good. It may not be on the seafront but it's worth the walk up the hill. You won't be disappointed.
