My friend live in this area and always wanted to try , they have amazing bakery and very tight space!
The tables are first come first serve so might have to wait a bit for tables.
Overall the experience was really good! I love the fresh bakeries and cakes and they have a range of breakfast and pancake and egg Benedict.
I went for a full English and my friend went for a egg royal which was really nice. I love the custom sauces that they have.
If i had more time would stay longer and chat but it was so busy but overall great experience and pet friendly
Great coffee and cakes. Only let down by some of the tables inside that were sticky to touch and in need of a repaint. Other than that a lovely environment, and great to sit outside on a sunny day.
Had the full English breakfast recently, thoroughly recommended, only let down by an undercooked sausage.
I’ve been back a few times and the sausages have been excellent.
Recommend the salted caramel and pecan brownie, not too sweet.
I only drink decaf coffee and recommend an extra shot, as without it seems a bit weak.
Their loyalty cards have gone virtual with the use of an app which will be more convenient as I always lost the cards before.
On a morning of visiting properties in Woolwich we decided to have brunch here, within the Royal Woolwich Arsenal development. A small chain of businesses, buzzing with locals serving a styles of excellent patisseries, alongside classic breakfasts. We had the eggs Florentine and the croque Monsieur. Both were superb, simple food well cooked and well presented. You can also pick up a range of homemade artisan breads. Well worth a visit
It’s a nice cafe, quite efficient considering how popular it is but the cups and spoons couldve been a little cleaner. Didn’t have any food but might try some next time.
My wife and I have been to Bouangerie Jade twice now ….. the English breakfast is great …. But make sure you are hungry before ordering as it will really fill you up! Also the egg and bacon bap was excellent, bap was crusty. To finish off I can highly recommend the almond croissant. Excellent food
Amazing place straight away, tables were cleaned quickly and staff were kind. The menu has great varieties and food was just lovely. Loved the Eggs Royale, they have a free water dispenser available for everyone. Although there's one toilet, it's clean and has good facilities. Most of the time, this place isn't busy but you would understand why it is.
Considering the queues and reviews i expected this place to be good.
While it is well run, the prices are above average.
The coffee was nice, but the breakfast i had included a half cooked (potentially boiled) vegetarian sausage, and bread that was toasted around the edges but not toasted anywhere else.
Fantastic food. Incredible tasty treats. Great coffee. Just a little too busy and crowded (because it is so good). They need more space to meet the demand. Service friendly but a little slow. Very happy it’s dog friendly, so I can order pastries and coffee, but too crowded to eat in with a dog (even with a small dog). Despite this I can’t wait to sample everything on the menu!
