It was my first time visiting the garage, and everyone there was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. They efficiently resolved the issue with my car, and I am very pleased with the service I received. I would like to express my gratitude to John and the entire team at the garage for their professionalism and excellent customer service. I will definitely be returning for any future automotive needs.
I had a dreaded gearbox issue, Bothie Brig were one of the few garages who would even take a look. Extremely professional, took a look at the car and test drove it before estimating time and costs. Explained the likely technical issue so I understood and they got my car back on the road in a really short time, even with labour shortages at the moment. Costs were really reasonable, can't say cheap cause it's a gearbox issue and that needs hours of labor, but it was definitely great value. Car is working fine now. All in all, great garage and great service. Will be bringing my car here from now on, and telling all my family to do the same!

On dropping the car off around 5pm on a Thursday, they were clearly very busy and John informed me as much however, also told me that they would try their best to look at it as soon as possible.
I did not expect Fiona to call me the very next day to say that my car was ready!

After repairing the faulty brakes on our van they also repaired the suspension problems. Great service provided very quickly by very friendly and professional staff, who realised that we could not operate without our fridge van and fixed all of the problems and returned it to us within 24 hours, well done and thanks guys.
I had an urgent problem with the brakes and John very kindly bent over backwards to fit me in to his already busy schedule, plus doing some other necessary repairs. Very pleased and grateful.
Came off the ferry from Shetland, and there was a terrible knocking sound from one of the wheels. No idea what it was! Found this garage on google maps, and our problem was immediately identified and sorted! Thanks Tony- you are a star!
