I had a fault with my Mercedes GLA, another garage looked at it, and couldn’t find the problem. I was then recommended to Patrick at Bordereau. I’m so glad I did, he is so knowledgeable! My car was repaired, and my bill was fair.

Seem to get great reviews, but my experience wasn't great - the communication was bad and I was left chasing them the first time I had my car booked in to see what was happening. The second time I took it in after rebooking I was told on arrival there wasn't much point in looking at it unless the intermittent fault was occurring when they were trying to diagnose it. Appreciate the honesty on that, but they could have called me ahead of time to have that conversation, which would have saved me a rush hour drive out there and my wife and I planning our days around it.
They were honest and polite, it's really just constructive feedback for reference.
Dropped in on the off chance with a brake light fault with my car , after a short time they replaced both my bulbs and did it free of charge , all the staff were very friendly and professional I would recommend bordereau to anyone infact my wife's car is booked in for a full service and mot next week
From the moment your call is answered by the friendly and efficient Derri at reception you, and your vehicle, are in safe hands. Nothing too much bother for this family run garage. They even changed my starting motor while I was there and did it Labour free! As you wait there's a constant stream of customers who are known by name, repeat trade; always the best advert. Got my clutch, flywheel and welding done in record time and a great price. All the mechanics friendly and know their stuff and Patrick, the boss, understands the black art that is vehicle electric.
Just a warning. Don't mentioned you Googled anything in self diagnosics.... Lol. ;-l

I have been using Bordereau for over 8 years, Patrick and the team have a broad depth of knowledge and specialist skills in vehicle electrics. I am always safe in the knowledge my vehicle will be looked after and is in very safe hands.
Incompetent and arrogant. Despite being asked to look at the wheels, they completely missed the worn disks. Their loss though was another garage's gain.
Excellent service, fair pricing. Wouldn’t take my vehicle anywhere else!
