Mark and the guys are top notch and customer service is excellent. I can’t fault them and they’ve helped me out which is appreciated.
Not trustworthy. They replaced a faulty air conditioning fan in our Mini in 2019 and it was very noisy after they had done the work, so noisy in fact that it was not possible to use it on the two highest settings or on max cooling, the cost was about £460. We complained, but was told that it was an additional problem with the ventilation system that would cost another £460 to rectify. Moving on we went to another garage after the fan that had been fitted by Bond Street failed completely and it was found that it had been broken when it was originally fitted, which was the reason it had been so noisy and failed prematurely. If you are thinking of having some work done on your car, don’t bother with these clowns who break the things they are installing and then fob you off with excuses.
Used Bond Street Car Services on a couple of occasions now. Finding a good local independent garage is hard to find. Polite, professional who carry out work quickly and efficiently. Great customer service, would highly recomend.
Brought my car in for a interim service and MOT. No issues, customer service was great and the chap at the desk was friendly and helpful. Very convenient as I live on the estate when it comes to dropping off and picking up my car. Prices are very reasonable. Would definitely come here again.
