Easy to order online, fantastic selection to choose from and simple to pay using PayPal. I emailed Bon Bon a couple of times and they were answered swiftly. No complaints from me, extremely pleased with the service.

Nice selection although it appears to have been cut back a little lately. Staff always very friendly and helpful. Kids love the shop.

Put in online order so never actually seen inside shop due to Covid, all the sweets were inside a plastic tub with a price label one each sweet. Would have thought they would be in a Bonbon branded bag esp as they were for a birthday present.
AMAZING! Such a massive amount of stock and reasonable prices. The packaging is minimal so makes for really great gifts.
Can’t imagine what it would be like for a wee kid stepping into there for the first time but I can tell you I was personally in heaven when I stepped in. Having a sweet tooth is always a plus, it is slightly overpriced but honestly what they sell and what they have to go through to provide that for their customers is something to be admired.
