La cuisine est de saison et le cadre est vraiment sympa.
J’ai beaucoup aimé le lieu type bistrot un peu chic avec une petite vue sur les cuisines. Les serveurs qui, avec leur touche d’humour, amène un peu d’originalité.
C’est un lieu décontracté où on ne se prend pas la tête :)
Sinon, j’ai aussi compris dans le menu du chef qu’il souhaitait allier produits de saisons et locaux et j’ai bien apprécié.
L’équilibre entre les saveurs était au rendez-vous.
(Dmg la salle est un peu sombre et bruyante)

Excellent place for lunch or dinner. Visited for a business lunch and it was a clear 5 star experience for food (tried the beef steak with wasabi pure) service (very professional , timely and helpful) as well as ambience. Definitely recommended and you can also sit outside when the weather is good!

I have travelled the world extensively over 40 years. I ate at all restaurants ranging from pop & mom’s to Michelin three stars. This is my honest review of Le Bologne close to Geneva main train station. I had the 3-course business lunch for CHF 40. Considering the very good quality of the food, this is a bargain. The service is attentive & friendly and the chef easily offered some good vegan alternatives to my guest. The terrace is in a quiet side street but gets booked early apparently.
