We have been using thus chinese as a family for the past 15 years or more and it has always been lovely. That is until recently, the food is now bland and no where near as nice as it was in the past. We won't be returning in a hurry.
Haven't had a takeaway from here for some time. Massive improvement! Very good, fresh and tasty.
I've been around quite a few Chinese's and I've got to say no other Chinese come close to Blue orchid. Consistently amazing food which is reasonably priced.
Sorry to say the most bland uninteresting Chinese I have ever had, lots of processed meat and the prawns were sandwich prawns. Not. A kpt in sight. This was our third visit and last.!

Great food served here. Almost at the top of the village hill, this unassuming takeaway draws customers from an extensive rural hinterland.
For a Friday night feast - where the spare ribs are meaty and the duck in plum sauce delicious- well worth seeking out.
The set meals for two are drawn from. A variety of traditional dishes and the portion size does not disappoint.
We were hungry on the occasion of our last visit - we enjoyed it...
Friendly and efficient service. We bought a range of dishes for our family of five. The general consensus of the family is that this was one of the best Chinese takeaways we have ever had. The food is slightly on the pricey side but fresh tasting so arguably worth the extra spend. Thank you very much. I would highly recommend this takeaway and wish them all the very best.
