De moins en moins bon selon moi servir des pâtes, des haricots et des pommes de terre dans le même plat c'est pour faire du volume et de la couleur en enlevant le goût et la saveur...
Amazing place in Crans. A must-go to eat if you’re in search of a nice place for a dinner. Cosy wooden place, a few tables (better to book in advance) and a very broad menu by true italians, roberto e madelina. Pizza, pasta, pesce are perfects. And their Fondue is famous in Crans for its unique taste. You will not be deceived. Try it ! Especially if you look for something less posh than all other classic places in Crans :-)
Lieu jouissant d'une très belle vue. Restauration très bonne, variée et équilibrée ainsi que typique du lieu avec spécialités italiennes. Accueil super chaleureux. Intérieur chalet de montagne. A ne pas manquer !
This place is a insult to hospitality and service: my friends we went with booked the place in the morning of that day while we were driving from France to Switzerland. The manager on the phone said we should not come early because they were having a group before and mentioned 8:30pm (although we could have come there at 7pm but oh well..). We arrived there at 8:20pm and were told that the only thing we could get would be pizza, although we were planning to get a nice fondue or raclette. We said to this manager we were unhappy about this and they couldn’t even propose pasta or any of the meat dishes on the menu (like steaks). She claimed she told us to come at 8’which was a lie. Then she said the kitchen would be closing at 10 (so what’s the problem?!?) and if we were not happy about this we could just leave the place, she didn’t care. The thing is that we had no more option but to stay there, because of the late hour already, so we picked the few salads and pizzas offered which I must admit were not bad, but hello! I’m on a low carb diet, what can I do? We thanked the waiter (not her) and left him personally a nice tip because he tried to do everything he could to make us feel better. This management is far more than terrible, they do not consider their clients even if they book ahead. I think this place should close, and be replaced by a proper working manager. I’m even more unpleased about this bad experience that all that we’ve experienced here locally is extremely nice people also very service minded (should I mention this awesome little restaurant up in the mountain in the middle of the ski trails called les Cabanes des Violettes where lunch was amazing today), I’ve never posted a review as bad day as today and hopefully this will be the last one.

Une expérience complémentement ratée ..
Et surtout une patronne complètement à côté de la plaque...
Nourriture froide et on nous explique qu'il y a des courants d'aire .. Et que la cuisine est débordée ils ont un groupe de milanais .. Pas une excuse rien bien au contraire pour finir elle nous demande si on veut la bagarre..et en lui disant qu'elle a perdu des clients elle nous répond .. C'est pas grave. .
Alors . Svp évitez dy aller. C'est mieux pour votre sante.... Et pour vôtres nerfs.
De passage pour un café mais l'endroit est chaleureux tout comme l'accueil. La carte paraissait intéressante et il y a un plat du jour à midi.
Excellent restaurant! Accueil très sympathique et super serviable. En journée, super vue. Endroit très chaleureux.
