Possibly the worst pharmacy I ever been. All the staff including the pharmacists are very unprofessional. With missing medication the norm. And it takes several visits just to collect one prescription because they don't have it or probably because just can't be bothered and tells you to come back. The attitude is just on the next level. I'm trying to change this pharmacy but my 'GP Market Street Health Group' keeps reinstating them for some reason!
Honestly the 2 ladies I always see don't simile at all and are rude. not friendly looks as they just came out from funeral service.if you can avoid them at all. Never had bad services in chemist like this one. worse place

Very poor customer service for travel clinic. They make you book appointment in advance and then make you wait a long time and then cancel your appointment. Don’t waste your time and money at this pharmacy. The staff book wrong appointments and after making you wait with young children they try to convince you to come back another day. Will not be returning ever.
If I could give minus stars I would believe me! Honestly do NOT give these rude ignorant people your business. The best thing I did was take my business elsewhere, I had been using them for absolutely ages, putting up with the stroppy snide staff when enough was enough. Salma is the by far the rudest person ever - so many incidents happened where I was made to feel really uncomfortable- I sent a long email of complaint to the management (so called) and had to chase for a reply and was promised one needless to say said apology never materialised! Then today their delivery driver threw my dad’s prescription on our outside post with the worst attitude (just because we were not in when he first called)! I wouldn’t mind but we don’t get any warning when it will be delivered! This is the last straw - they are sooooooo unprofessional it beggars belief. Seriously don’t go to this “pharmacy” if you know what’s good for you you’d avoid like the plague.
I would urge users of this pharmacy to try and avoid using it. If you have to use this you need to be careful as they keep dispensing the wrong medication. On the last 3 occasions they tried to give me the wrong medication, had I not checked the medication I would have probably ended up in Hospital. The dispensing staff are incompetent, on one occaison they gave my medication away for free to someone else. I questioned them about it and they just brushed it away as being a rudimentary matter. The counter staff are rude and brash and need to learn good customer service, whilst the management are oblivious to the problems or simply do not care. I just hope nothing bad happens to those who use this pharmacy due to the incompetence of being given the wrong medication. PLEASE PLEASE BE CAREFUL.
Every time I come here the ladies at the back are always bad mouthing customers when they finish off with the calls or think customers in the pharmacy are not listening. Completely unprofessional and rude
This pharmacy is a complete rip off , where they make up their own prices on over counter medicines, went to get some eye drops,was told they were hard to get and price had gone to up to £15...the drops are readily available in Boots etc for £8 ... second time they've tried to 'con' me , never again !!
