Rude and unhelpful. Phoned them so many times but they never answer. I went in person to ask a question about my little one symptoms and they were unhelpful and rude.
Been calling all afternoon to find out about a prescription, no answer. When going in to ask for my medication, staff were extremely unhelpful and very rude. I asked them if the phone was working and the lady serving me shrugged her shoulders at me. There was no apology and she slammed the phone on the charging dock, she then said...try it now. When I did and it didn't ring, again they all shrugged this shoulders at me. My initial thought was that they had tured the volume down. Again, no apology and staff didn't seem concerned that I wanted to put in a complaint. I am shocked at the low standard of customer service I received today
Absolutely nailed on 5 star. Brian was concerned about my new medication and made follow up calls to enquire of my health. This is a most caring and professional gesture of which I am most appreciative as I know he and the rest of his staff are very busy. The NHS are an easy target nowadays but this should not be levelled at staff members of whom I have found to be caring and hard working with a pleasant attitude.
WORST CHEMSIT EVER!!! LOOKS LIKE ILL HAVE TO FIND A NEW CHEMIST, THEY CALLED MY SURGERY AND TOLD THEM NOT TO DISPENSE MY MEDICATION TO THEM ANYMORE BECAUSE THE IRISH MAN WITH GLASSES IS RUDE AND DONT LIKE HIS JOB AND TAKES IT OUT ON PEOPLE FOR NO REASON TERRIBLE SERVICE FROM THEM
Can never tell when they are open. Website says 7am but never known anyone to answer the phone before 9. What with them being attached to the worst GP's in Essex I'm really not surprised but you'd think people "smart" enough to handle prescriptions would know how to answer a phone or advertise the correct opening times
The duty chemist was EXCEPTIONALLY rude! Went to buy liquid paracetamol of the 6+ type, they only had infant version and the lady asked the pharmacist if we could take an increased dose to which he barked back ‘I don’t know, it’s up to them’ …….how is this service! Ridiculous behaviour !!!!
Closed at 5 to 10. I could see their clock through the waiting room window and it matched my phone. I'd phoned a bit earlier to check my prescription was ready for collection and discussed that I'd run out and would be in tonight, and was informed they open till 10. Seems they don't. The place was fully locked up so they been closed for a bit too, didn't even pass anyone driving off... Massively annoyed as I'm forced to wait till 10 tomorrow morning now and wasted the trip. Luckily my life doesn't hinge on their service.
I read several negative reviews but I have been getting my repeat prescriptions from the Pharma for several years and the only one problem I encountered was my online request, which I use every month, went astray. The Pharmacy was more than helpful and gave me an emergency supply until the Doctor signed a new prescription.
My only comment (not a moan), it would be useful if there is a problem with the online prescription, only had this once when the Dr changed my medications, it would have been good for the Pharmacy to ring rather than wait for me to turn up.
As for the staff, no issues as always pleasant and like all people they try and in the majority of cases do give a good service. This is an incredibly busy practice and the Pharma covers a huge area. Instead of moaning and winging raise the issues with the Pharmacy Manager and if that fails speak to the Surgery Practice Manager.
