I had a health scare recently and the staff at the AE and the staff at x-ray and gastroenterology sorted everything out for me very quickly and professionally. I ended up on a course of medication in the end and no surgery needed. They all made me feel at ease during the whole process and I could never thank them enough.
They took care of my partner in ICU and ward 25 for 4 weeks. The care and treatment he got was amazing. He wasn't a resident of blackpool but they treated him like a family member. I cannot thank them enough for all they did for him and support for me. Thank you is not enough. Amazing.
Just to say that after my mum had a fall I have nothing but praise for all the staff, from the Paramedics team led by Tony, the nurses, auxiliary staff and Dr Kingsley. Everyone made a difficult day easier to deal with. Thank you all!!
In my experiences i found the nurses, doctors and staff very caring and willing to listen regarding the patients needs. An Excellent all round service. Again EXCELLENT.
I had a painful negative 20 hours at
a&E..I don't think the nurses like disabled person like me.its worse if you're a black disabled person. I don't know what I have done,for such a rude and neglected experience like that.i never want to ever experience that again I rather die at home then go there again. I feel sorry for my daughter,who suffered from anxiety who was with me. Sadly my daughter and my anxiety made us leave.
I took myself up to.A&E with chest pains .I was seen immediately and spent the day in the urgent care day unit.
Absolutely outstanding service by the nurses and doctors who were Absolutely run off their feet.
House keeping staff were superb at ensuring patients nutritional and fluid needs were met with lovely sandwiches and drinks.ive nothing but gratitude to all the team who often work with no appreciation.
