Great service every time, great prices too. I always come here as I know they'll do an excellent job - highly recommend.
Will never get my MOT done there again. Had to make my own repairs as garage only had time to MOT which is absolutely fine to be fair, but obviously they wrote everything wrong with car in such a vague way, which is what most garages do, I believe.
However, I literally was reduced to the point of begging them on multiple occasions to tell me what exactly they meant by some things as they were completely unclear. All I got told was he's too busy to talk to me. At one point the man actually walked out the room mid conversation. He was beyond rude and cold.
I never wanted to tell him my life story, literally needed a couple of answers to things so I could go about my way. They were so blunt and never felt cared for less as a customer and left in the dark.
Got to my free retest after the 10 days and lo and behold I fail, because I'd ended up fixing the wrong parts that they were referring to. Because they refused to help me or explain anything to me. Funnily enough after they'd failed me I managed to get one comment off him that I'd changed the wrong break pipe. Well thanks a bunch I'd been trying to ask you that since you first gave me my MOT fail! But you were 'too busy' to give a **** and breifly talk to me!
They said they'd give me a second free retest on the day which is actually the ONE good thing I can say about them. However, soon as they said that obviously I had to run and get the corrections made so had to take the whole day off work.
So I then ran as quick as I could to another garage costing me £108 which would have cost me like maybe 15 quid if I'd have known beforehand and they'd actually chat to me. The amount of money this garage cost me leading me down the garden path is unforgivable.
They then said they might not be able to fit the second free retest in when I'd rushed back with the car out of breath, which is laughable - why tell me to take it back later then? Anyway thankfully I got it through in the end - hundreds of pounds later thanks to your negligence BJL! NEVER AGAIN!
What great service and lovely people. Rang on the off chance as my car was spluttering. They said they're fully booked for next 2 weeks but bring it in and we can diagnose the problem. 3 hours later the car is all fixed. Thank You Very Much
Superb service.. 100% honest. It's refreshing to still have places like this where you take your car in and your not over charged or fed a load of waffly tosh. I'd highly recommend and will most definitely be taking my A45 back for anymore work.
We were booked in for a (cracked) rear spring replacement - the car quickly became virtually undriveable in the meantime, so Simon told us to bring the car in straight away to be fitted in 'as soon as possible'.
The following morning we got a call telling us "job done" - helping us out tremendously. A good job, a very helpful eastablishment, a fair price. We will go back to them in the future.

Had some issues with my van and took it to see Simon and the lads.
They did a few bits and full diagnostics and the van is running better than when I first bought it.
Honest and invaluable advice given, great service and great price.
Have used them for almost a decade now and will continue to do so!
