Small food menu. But with enough variety.
Wine menu is good and some nice options for wine by glass including champagne.
The food is great! Not the healthiest of options. But the flavour is absolutely there.
Service is good and the place does get busy for dinner.
Prices are on the average side. Especially for Geneva.

J aindecouvert ce lieu il y a tres peu de temps mais suis deja allé 2 fois, le menu du jour change chaque semaine. La carte est variée et le service impeccable et tres gentil. La nourriture servie est de qualité et délicieuse dans un cadre retro bistro année 30. J adore
J'aime beaucoup ce restaurant de ma rue. On revient régulièrement. L'art déco donne une ambiance chaleureuse. Les plats sont délicieux avec des produits de qualité. Le service est impeccable. Monsieur est super sympa.
Lieu incontournable à Genève dans le quartier de Champel. Une carte variée et des vins de qualité à bon prix. Je recommande l'entrecôte beurre maison Dumas. Petit plus, une salle intimiste dans le cellier pour 6-8 personnes.
En plus d'un lieu charmant, atypique et rempli de petites attentions, toute la famille s'est régalée de l'entrée au dessert !
Un accueil chaleureux et très aimable, ma fille de 4 ans a passé un excellent moment en votre compagnie en plus d'avoir dévoré son assiette que vous aviez adapté avec gentillesse.
Un grand merci pour ce moment, nous vous souhaitons une très belle continuation !

I have travelled the world extensively over 40 years. I ate at all restaurants ranging from pop & mom’s to Michelin three stars. This is my honest review of Bistrot Dumas in Champel, Geneva. Old fashioned tasty food in sauce is served here. Might not be so healthy but it is damn good. Give the frog legs a try!
Fantastic eating experience. The food was all delicous! The bathrooms were clean, wine was good. Good prices. They also brought bread with every meal which was absolutely fantastic.

Fantastic experience at Bistro Dumas. Was there on a Saturday night. We were the first ones there when we arrived at 7.30pm. Patrons generally started coming in after 8pm. Ordered the asparagus (picture shows half a portion), entre-cote and a lemon tartlet for dessert. Asparagus was cooked to perfection, Beef was tender and accompanied well with the sauce. The Citron tartlet was the most refreshing pastry I had experienced in a while. Not too sweet as a dessert, the biscuit was good to the crunch, and the lemon jelly helped to clear the palate. I didn’t ask whether they had English menus.
