Wir waren heute zu Gast im Bistrot und haben einen wundervollen letzten Ferientag erlebt.
Empfangen von einem herzlichen Kellner wurden wir zu einem der wunderschönen mit Kerzen geschmückten Tischen begleitet.
In sehr gemütlichen Ambiente, durften wir die extrem köstlichen Angus Burger geniessen.
Herrlich.....
Wir kommen auf jedenfall gerne wieder in das gemütliche, köstliche Bistrot.
Super Service, wunderbare und originelle Gerichte.
Essen war sehr gut! Wein exzellent und die Bedienung aufmerksam und freundlich! Interieur sehr geschmackvoll (!Weihnachtsdekoration könnte jetzt entfernt werden)! Ich empfehle es weiter und komme bei Gelegenheit wieder!
The best fondue that I have ever had across Switzerland, Germany, and Austria.
We got the truffle fondue and the garlic fondue. They came with bread, and we asked for sliced meats and cournichons. To go with the fondue, we got a bottle of the blanc des reines. The texture was perfect, along with the seasoning. The one downside was that there was no way to control the heat of the flame, so the cheese burned on the bottom and bubbled a bit. Even with this, we had plenty of time to eat most of the fondue.
Service was wonderful! Our waiter was very polite, and remembered my husband and sister in law from the last time they came. We came quite close to closing time (2pm), but we were able to eat until we were done. No rush at all.
Atmosphere is warm and cozy like a mountain lodge, but also a bit formal. It was perfect for a smart casual lunch.
I will be dreaming of this place for a while. It is not to be missed in Champery!
This bistro is a jewel for foodie like me and the husband. We had la Glareyarde for two (swiss hot pot, their specialty) with Swiss Gamay wine. This dish is enough for 2 people. The cuisine includes salad, gratin, beef, sauce for two plates and broth. We are so happy with high quality of beef from Switzerland, France and Ireland.
The broth for hot pot is made of beef oxtail, tomato, celery and other vegetables. UMAMI!!! 美味。 We are in heaven.❤???????? This is a place we will come back again.
Restaurant très soignée , personnel très professionnel. L’intérieur du restaurant a un cadre typique chalet suisse , très calme , très bonnes fondues diferente choix , on a eu l’opportunité de gouté la fondue aux truffes qui est excellente! ????????Champery
Serveur très sympa. Velouté d asperge en entrée , fondue et dessert aux fruits rouge tout était très bon. belle terrasse restaurant au centre du village.a conseiller
Meilleure fondue glareyarde jamais mangée: viande de de qualité, assaisonnement parfait... et le bouillon, juste incroyable !
Un accueil professionnel et très chaleureux: serveur au petit soin!
Je recommande vivement ce restaurant !
