Great surgery! Lovely doctors. Lovely reception. Very helpful! Dr Hamilton is fantastic, really listens to your needs and goes above and beyond. Dr Hamilton is a credit to the surgery and other doctors should learn by her example
Doctors have been great with me and my children and very supportive.
Only thing I find let the surgery down is reception, not all just one woman as she is so rude and really let the practice down.
Other receptionist there are so friendly and take time to listen and help. Just one woman let's it all down with her poor attitude and unwilling to help.
Leaving a 2 because Dr Tiwari and Dr Hamilton are a credit to the GP surgery and have always treated me with the dignity and respect a patient deserves.
I have never been spoken too with such a bad attitude, disregard and coldness than from certain receptionists at this practice. I forgot yous all had a degree in Medicine alongside your admin experience.
The fact they can sit with my medical notes in front of them and try and dictate to me on how many times I should be permitted to take an anti-anxiety medication is not acceptable.
Never mind ringing in with symptoms of an infection after surgery and being told they are too busy and ring back tomorrow. Do you think I want to feel this way and have to spend my afternoon on the phone trying to get past yous?
I have been nothing but polite since joining the practice, as I am with anyone.
However, there’s only so much I can listen to your poor attitude, snide comments and digs when I ring in about my health. I have had enough being made to feel bad when it comes to questioning my health by yous and almost being laughed at when I ring in.
You would think I was ringing in every single day between the hours of 0830-1800. I am most certainly not.
The whole ‘is it an emergency’ tactic doesn’t scare me or other patients I’ve spoken to. Clearly it’s an emergency otherwise I wouldn’t be ringing. It isn’t my fault I suffer from multiple different conditions, and maybe need more support than other patients.
I’m sure you can see the discussions on social media platforms about your attitude and how many people in the village yous have upset. I wouldn’t feel very proud of that.
I will be formally writing a complaint in regard to today’s experience as no one should have to be made to feel the way I did today. Don’t make comments to anyone about their health unless you have personally walked in their shoes.
Reception staff are so bad, they're rude and it feels like they don't want you to have an appointment. Don't think I've had a positive experience here yet.
Since moving to bishopton medical center they have looked after me very well and they listen to you they really put your health first the doctors and nurses and receptionist have all be very professional yes sometimes we can’t get seen right away unless it’s something serious but they have always seen me asap thank you

Good doctors and like most places appointments can be a wait but you can usually get seen that week and if not the following week, which is way better than a lot of other places. Dr Hamilton is a really good doctor.
Very happy with the service provided by Bishopton Medical Practice. This year has been tough for everyone. Drs Hamilton and Tiwari along with the other staff members have been professional and helpful. Thanks.
