Worst experience. I order veg biryani and paneer gravy. To my surprise they just took some chicken gravy and added fried paneer. I could see small pieces of chicken in it. Veg Biryani is another level. Worst food ever. Very disappointing. I really don't understand how can they do that. If they are unable to customise it let them tell rather than cheating people just for money. When I spoke to them and mentioned over phone, all I got the response is sorry and bring it I will refund your ????. Money is not going to give us the repay the lost dinner opportunity for me and my family. I will definitely not recommend it to anyone.
Had amazing experience. They were closing but still took care of us. Authentic taste, generous portion size. Chicken biryani has perfect masalas. Would definitely recommend. 5 starts all the way
Well I felt I’d try this place as the one of Oxford Road was such a kick in the proverbial’s when I tried it a few months ago
Have to admit the food was hot and tasty. But was it authentic and “desi” well I personally felt it missed out on that mark.
The main issue I had was the simple fact the staff simply were preoccupied with anything other than focused on providing the customer service with a enjoyable experience
Yes, my order was taken (minimal eye contact) yes the person started to prepare my order (no hustle whatsoever) and once my food was ready (the server was still preoccupied on completing their other task rather than to get me my food). I had to wait a few unnecessary minutes
The incorrect change was given as I was over charged by £1, which I noticed as I have a bad habit of always checking my change, so once I pointed it out, the person shook their head in a curious fashion before muttering something and reimbursing me the correct change.
All in all I’d say
Food is good but not amazing
Customer service is non-existent
Cleanliness could have been better

Worst food ever. I got lamb biryani and got masala and no lamb and the I had sickness for 2 days. Never go there. The food is at least weeks old. Must be reported to council for food poisoning
It's a serious health hazard to sell old food to customers. I bought a pack of chicken 65 which was literally stinky and old. Don't u have standards for your food? I even took the pack back to the store and complained, I demanded my money back, I got a shocking reply from the person at store. "I don't have any cash to give you, come back later" was the guy's reply. I left the food there and left the shop saying I will never ever comeback to such a shop again. I am thinking of reporting to authorities.
The Lamb curry I bought was not good, very oily, over cooked and two of the pieces smelled. I absolutely do not want to spoil the reputation of the shop by this review, but I hope the restaurant would take this as a feedback and improve on it. I was disappointed because I really liked the look of the curry, and also the shop is quite clean. I did not try any other curry there, this is only based on Lamb curry alone.

The chicken biryani is only 2.5£ & other items upto £6 at the most. Friendly service but limited space, so take away is the main way for most customers!
Try it, it is more like oxford road branch but nearer ????????????
