I have never in my life experienced a professional business that provides a service to the public as rude as Bilton Dental practice. I have been a receptionist my whole life and would never speak to a patient who is changing an appointment day the way the receptionist does here. I really hope the business owner re-trains their front of house staff as it is a very poor first impression and reflection on their company. Avoid!!

The staff give away your personal data, BEWARE. I answered all the covid questions day before my appointment, came on the day just to find out that a lady I don't know, called the practice, gave MY FULL NAME AND DETAILS OF THE APPOINTMENT and cancelled it. Someone from the practice breached the data protection law. Obviously, they put someone else in my spot. The only positive thing I can say is that the dentist himself is a normal, nice person. The rest of the staff were highly unpleasant to me and the SUPERVISOR WAS the worst, turning into HOSTILE within seconds, started shouting and threatening me.
Having had excruciating toothache for 10 days and not having a registered dentist, I rang on the off chance of been able to register and get an appointment. They registered me over the phone and had me in within a week. I was made very welcome and put at ease by the dentist and dental nurse who chatted to me throughout my procedure, I had two very infected teeth removed and given a week's course of antibiotics. I highly recommend this dentist having had bad experiences in the past and been fearful. Looking at transferring the rest of the family from Hedon Dental Practice to here.. thankyou Bilton Dental for a very postitive experience of a very painful procedure.
Excellent service as per usual. No problem getting an appointment for matters that require immediate attention. The Covid prevention practices are first rate, promoting a safe and relaxed environment.
