The rating is solely for my dentist earlier today. I had a tooth extraction and it was the easiest thing one can imagine. It took him 2 seconds quite literally, zero pain, zero post bleeding. He explained every step of the procedure to me. Not to mention that I was reluctant about removing my tooth, but after seeing it I know this was the best decision.
I'm sorry I do not know his name, I never had it in my messages. I just know he is originally from Turkey, just mentioning this as he should get some recognition.

It took me 50 minutes to speak to someone! She questioned me as though I was lying until I proved who I spoke to. This practice is rude and ignorant. They have no idea how to treat the disabled. They don’t understand making “reasonable adjustments” so if you’re disabled, go somewhere else if you possibly can!
Worse practice ever I wanted to make appointment but they keep me 1 hour waiting to pick the phone and at the end to say is close.
Bewbush dental was very well respected practice which look after the patients it’s a shame this ora doesn’t care about patients only about money.
Avoid this pratice all costs i were treating a tooth they Said i Will do half and then half Next week what it was a mouth prolongued me só much i have done the repair i Said something feel wrong when a bite it Said wild go away...and there its me a 2 weeks later still with the same problem... They not comunicate to each other they ONLY see how much Monet they can take from you because you Will come back and they now ...i have done 1 feeling and i have to come back for the same tooth ...and there its no apointment for the next mouth but if u new paciente they Will take you... ONLY thing they see its Money staff on desk miserable wrong information given...been with 2 diferente person there rubish they wanna rush u só Next costumer can come on...i hear eighter dentist saying that... I bad time MT apointment bad to BE shorter só they could atend others when i were waiting ...2 weeks become 4 mouths....please avoid this company all costs there its not the same company of few years ago...its new management ...
Lack of.communication between all staff. Different dentist every visit. After 4 visits in 2 weeks and 3 different diagnosis by 4 different dentits given contradicting each other! Have not been issued refund of 50 for an extraction deposit that did not happen.
My daughter is 14, they wanted me to pay £480 (upfront) to do four white fillings. I managed to get them to let me pay 1 filling at a time (upfront) as I couldn't afford it. I was in shock.
I went hone and started ringing around other dentists to see if this was correct, that I'd have to pay that amount, but nope, I shouldn't be paying anything for her.
Next day I phoned the practice for a refund, they threatened to take me off their books as I'd enquired else where but they finally agreed to a refund. This was 12 weeks ago and I am still waiting for that refund!
Each time I phone I get the same response, there's nothing they can do as its down to head office, obviously head office is not contactable by the public.
I remember saying to someone the day I went for my daughters check up that actually I noticed not one person went out of there without having to pay something.
I've never had a problem with the dentist .the problem is trying to get through on the phone your in a queue and have to wait ages they need to change there system
Bewbush dentist was a well established and respected dental surgery for years, the dentists are amazing and are very professional, however the practice has now been taken over by Southcliff Dental who is not interested in patients but money, I can see the practice going downhill fast with this group running the Practice, they want money up front even 6 months in advance for your next check up?
Patients were used to top class dentistry and service but SOUTHCLIFF IS NOT PRACTISING THIS
SHAME ON YOU SOUTHCLIFF
time and people will tell on the outcome of this disgraceful Corporate company where Money is their only interest. I hope more people give their review on this disgraceful company
