Lovely well kept grounds. Friendly and helpful staff. Small clubhouse onsite and very close to Hemsby Front. Good value for money.
Avoid chalet 201, not very clean. Uncomfortable bed, very dated bathroom, again not very clean. Like going back to the 1950's. You will need cash as no retailer takes card payments. You can get cash in the arcade but it costs £1.85 per withdrawal. No playpark for younger children, just the arcade and cafe.
bloody horrible, baby flying ants all on the window, whole nest under the floor. Not to mention i have a baby in the house with me, god forbid he doesn’t get bitten - Cleaner didn’t or hasn’t done anything and i had to use a hoover to suck them all away. Unclean, unhygienic, poor cleaning. The ‘welcome’ rug was torn apart, one of the bedrooms gives you claustrophobia. Not big enough beds, smells like musky dust, insects in corners. The curtain holder breaks immediately as i open it! Unless you’re comfortable in living in such bad conditions then go book a house. Maybe you may be lucky and have a perfectly fine one, but from my terrible experience - good luck
Spent most nights in the club and the owner and staff couldn’t do more to help us and make us feel welcome. Just before season so not super busy but stayed open late and made us feel welcome. Which made our holiday as my father and mother in law struggle to walk far. Large family with a few kids and never felt like a bother. Weren’t staying on site so can’t comment on that but they were more then welcome to us coming over. Arcade was good for the kids and they won a lot for their money and were very happy. Cash bingo was good ???? owner fairly new and I think it will be the place to be when on season and would more than happily come back and stay!
We booked thus chalet for 9 nights, the bed was broken ,there was a used condom between the sofa cushions ,everything was dirty ,we had to clean before we could used anything ,everything's very dated and worn out ,2cholidays were great though and the ussues with this chalet are down to the cleaners and owner
Love this holiday park arcade is great, shop has everything essential you need. Only down side its not all year round ???? stayed in a lovely 2 bed house chalet Emma the owner was so lovely will highly recommend her to anyone and will be booking with her again next season
Only attended the club house in the evenings. Free entry , drinks very reasonably priced , it's well attended but lots of children and they are more than catered for with children staying until the club closed, so if your just after adult time this is probably something to bare in mind. Entertainment was limited but ok when we attended. Chairs were tired but the place was constantly being cleaned and tables tidied during the evening. Bar was well served so didn't wait long to be served which was good.
On the site it's got a super market shop ran by Jan , this was well stocked from food to DIY tools. A great shop to browse. Costs were also reasonable. Can't comment on the accomodation.
We’ve just returned from a weeks stay at Bermuda. The pool was not open. Nor was the club house so I cannot comment on those facilities.
But ! The rest of it was just amazing. The staff in the amusements were so lovely and kind. And didn’t complain when I had to keep calling them when we’d won prizes. The cafe has lots of tasty food and very reasonably priced too. As for the shop. Well that’s stocks all you need and more. Run by a lovely lady who cannot do enough for you. We loved it so much have just booked for August !
