I can't praise the team highly enough!
I saw Dr Kenny and Chloe and both were fantastic, put me at ease and took time to explain me the procedures.
All the reception staff are lovely too, make you feel welcome.
I can't recommend them highly enough, especially if you're a nervous patient.

I would like to first of all say thanks to the lovely team at Besham. I been attending this practice for over 6 years and must say I am a very satisfied customer. 1.5 year ago I had a car accident it was a hit and run, and my two front teeth where broken and my yawn wasn’t inline.
After recovering from a brain injury I finally contacted Dr. Kenny and his team and they have been supportive all the way. Even during the COVIRD? Which we all know that all the NHS facilities has been working their socks of coming from someone that has loads of friends that work in the Healthcare, neither less Kenny and his lovely team have been very professional in every area from Customer Service, Hygienist to my treatment. He had referred me to the correct specialist regarding yawn within weeks I had an appointment at IVA.
I am known as Charlie that always has smile and he has brought my smile back!! I would refer anyone.
I just want to say Thank you form the bottom of my heart for the hard work you guys do!!
Due to several health problems I haven't always been able to attend all of my appointments; - one of my problems is a long-term sleep disorder in which I can go 24-53 hours without sleep and I have, unfortunately, slept in on several occasions. Though I have offered, several times, to pay for my missed appointments. On visiting the surgery last July I saw Mr. (Doctor?) Kenny. Several of my teeth needed treatment but one in particular had been black and left untreated for at least two years. Mr Kenny told me that there was nothing wrong with my 'bad' tooth and when I questioned him and suggested that it needed to be removed - it was sore, painful, my gums were bleeding when I brushed my teeth and both hot-and-cold foods caused sensitivity. He then said that he thought I had an infection, took an x-ray and sent me away with a leaflet on mouth exercises!!!! It beggers believe, it really does. Two weeks ago I woke up one Saturday and was shocked (and concerned), to see that my cheeks/face were bright red and badly swollen. After looking online I was advised to contact a dental expert online. Unfortunately, after doing so I fell asleep and missed their call. I have been in-and-out of hospital several times over the past six months but I do try and attend appointments. And now, my teeth are still bad, the main tooth in question has blackened further and is actually wearing away into the gum. My left cheek is still red and swollen and I am in the process of finding a new and competent dental surgeon. Mr. Kenny should be ashamed of himself for ignoring a patient who needed treatment. I think it is only a matter of time before a patient takes out a malpractice order against him.
By far the WORST DENTAL PRACTICE IN THE ENTIRE EUROPE, the dentist appear to have a phobia for close examination, he rather "stands a kilometre away" to exam. A very shameful practice and most importantly request the full DETAILS OF ALL YOUR TREATMENT ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE COVERED UNDER THE NHS. I will NEVER RECOMMEND THEM TO MY WORST ENEMIES. The experience WAS ABSOLUTELY UNPLEASANTLY UNPLEASANT!!!
I just recently signed up as I needed treatment with a broken front tooth, after putting it off for a long time. What can I say..Great staff, very welcoming and the most professional yet friendly dentists I've been to. My new dentist talked me through the different options so I could make an informed decision. He was extremely knowledgeable and skilled and I couldn't be happier with the results. Recommend 110%
Don't care much for Dr. Kenny's attitude. It's a shame really, as he is highly skilled at what he does. But i can not see a dentist i can't bond with. Also the hygienist he suggested i see done a poor job and wasn't worth the money (£50). I was hoping to return one day and see Dr. Jamnadass but recently found out he left so I won't be returning to this practice.
Couldn't rate this dental practice high enough!
My dentist was extremely professional and caring, I felt well informed and involved in decisions regarding my dental treatment which further put me at ease. The practice also offers a wide range of private treatments such as dental implants so I felt that there was no limits to the care they could provide for me.
The support staff are extremely knowledgeable and friendly and there is always a calm and friendly atmosphere in the practice.
I would absolutely recommend this dental practice to anyone.
