Lovely little bakery. Picked up three cakes, vanilla, strawberry and red velvet, fair price for the size, £2 each. All three were delicious. I would stop in again.
Twee little bakery, with a very flat indifferent level of service. The cakes are definitely the highlight here.. The pasties were the worst I've had. Don't know if they were baked fresh as some were laying in their trays in the window the night before. The ones we had were cold (as advised), but they were damp on the bottom from sweaty pastry left to cool on a baking sheet. Not very appetising, and remarkably similar to another bakery up the road. Disappointing. Expected higher quality from an independent.
I went in the cafe with my fiance to ask for a quote of 60 cupcakes, the young girl sat across a chair on her phone was very rude. She didn’t even look up from her phone and said “no” so I said okay Thankyou, bye and headed out and then she looked up and said you can email my boss, so I asked if she would be able to pass over the email and she said “just Google it, the names on the shop outside.” Never have I been greeted with such rudeness.
Cute little bakery, very reasonably priced - most items £1.50. Homemade style pastries and cakes. Sausage roll and almond cake quite tasty. The service from the two girls was fine.
What to say ? I visit this sweet little place when ever I can and am on Weymouth center. Everything I have tried has been tasty Gorgeous and the service comes with many smiles. Highly recommend ????
Apple and blackberry pie was so raw I couldn’t eat it ! Look at the pastry on the bottom it was awful, I also ordered a pasty but the girl told me it was still frozen and not ready so they clearly are not freshly baked, very expensive and poor quality!
First visit for months.Belgium buns as good as ever.Service unbelievably slow. The poor girl serving desperately needed some help. I nearly gave up and walked away which is what others around me did.
Called in twice during our weeks stay at weymouth. Excellent cakes. We tried bread pudding, coffee & walnut cake, sprinkle cakes & rocky roads. All were very, very nice and at £2 a go very well priced. Highly recommend calling in.
