Staff very friendly and got quick service (Sunday).
Mix of pastas and pizzas.
Good kids meal options with bigger portions available for slightly more cost. Kids liked the straws.
The meal was fine. Fries were over cooked. Pizza had too much cheese and the base was a little thick compared to other Bella Italia.

Small portion of pasta child's macaroni as big as a adults main meal.
We were a group of 10, 2 adults and 8 kids. Given a huge table which was great but the service was pretty poor. Hadn't been here before and probably won't be back. Wasn't attended to very much at all and I was nearly going to walk out without paying as no one seemed to bother we were there. My hubby had more patience than me and eventually asked if we could pay. Lovely surroundings but please train your staff up !
The kids birthday party experience was great!
Staff were attentive especially John who was patient, professional, friendly and understanding with the children.
Pizza was delicious, the gellato stall was impressive. The children's certificates and party bags were impressive.
Might change to 5 stars once I've used the 30% off vouchers we all received for a child free experience.
Food good, good deals for kids though perhaps some members of staff could be doing with some customer training. My daughter and friends attend regularly on a Friday evening before skating, last Friday they were totally humiliated when a member of staff followed them over to ice rink and accused them of not paying for a meal, when TWICE the waitress had been advised one child was paying for two, kids assured that all was paid, only to be embarrassed whilst trying to pay into the ice rink in front of others when said same waitress had followed them the whole way across.
My friend and I visited yesterday evening.
Our meal was extremely disappointing and the service poor. We waited for half an hour for our starter. When it did arrive there was very little sauce - we had to ask for more as the polpette were dry. Our pizzas were also dry and overcooked - it felt as though there was rationing on sauce. We were not asked if we would like to see a dessert menu or if we needed more drinks although we had been sitting with empty glasses for some time. We had to get the attention of one of the staff - not our server - and ask for drinks and the menu. I don't know if there has been a huge turnover of staff but there is definitely something lacking now. The girls serving clearly are not to blame for disappointing food but it did take an inordinate amount of time to serve each course. We did point out to our server and to another member of staff that our experience had not been good but were offered no gesture of goodwill.
If this had been our first visit then we would never return and would certainly not recommend this restaurant. Overall, poor show Bella Italia.
Very poor service. Slow, dirty dishes left on table for ages. Table beside us were brought their main courses while still eating starters.
We had a groupon, they're lucky my husband has a conscious- I was going to leave without giving the voucher code. They didn't seem to care either way.
Basic customer service skills lacking.
Also seat was dirty.
Food tasted good but we won't be back.
