Top job . Got my car MOTd here and some minor works done. The service was excellent; efficient and very reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend these guys; they know what they’re doing and I will return!
Was told they couldn’t do the wheel alignment as the rear bush had gone. They quoted for the repair , I took the car to another garage who said the reason the other garage didn’t do the alignment was because they couldn’t un do the bolt . There was also nothing wrong with the rear bushes , however there was a leak on the front shock absorber which these guys missed .the other garage provided a video showing . Beespeed had the car all day , literally from 9am until 5pm. They could also tell that the garage has tried to undo the bolt but failed . So don’t take the car here they struggle to undo bolts and will quote for work that doesn’t need doing . Avoid if you don’t want t waste your time and money .

RAC health checked booked online for Sat. Phoned to ask if ok. Told to come Monday am. Would be confirmed by email. Wasn't. Luckily phoned when stuck in traffic on Monday. The RAC bloke not even in. Told to come after lunch. "Not 1.30, after lunch" get there to be told come back in half hour. Then get accused of hitting another car. Didn't as the camera proved luckily... Come back yet again. Told twice Siôn will be with you now. Nothing happens for ages. It is now 1.30. Finally get told oh Siôn is just having his lunch first. Pfffffff. Thanks for nothing. Or rather wrecking my whole day ???? cos I'm off and never going to be back. They could do with a lesson in customer care. If Siôn would've talked to me quickly I'd told him just the fastest check ever I wanted, only the essentials as it's a pretty new car. Just reassurance for the trip to Spain that's all. What a super wrong name for this whole ado. BEESPEED ????

Nice local garage with good mechanics. Have been sending many cars there. Shaun and Dave always find faults and rectify them instantly. Both guys are very friendly and helpful. I would recommend them anytime.
