Food is horrendous. Brought 2 burgers, and both buns were burnt on both burgers. How can you mess up twice? Brought some mushrooms garlic balls as well those were filled with oil and not mushrooms. And why is my calamari texturi and taste feel like onion rings? Such a disappointed robbed me fro £20. It's not worth it at all. This business is a health risk to its customers.
Let me tell you about the old beef belly, I genuinely used to quote this place as the best burgers I've ever had. I'm not sure if the owner changed or what but now it's worse. I haven't had any bad experiences with the quality of the food it just doesn't taste as good. I'm so said that my favourite burger place is ruined
SHOCKED AT HOW BAD IT COULD BE!! The food was hard as rock and cold, the fries were thrown in the bottom of the bag. Overall the food wasn’t packed well, wasn’t cooked well, and their attitude when I physically went into the shop and showed them was they didn’t care. Disgusted by their attitude - clearly they get complaints all the time and this is a regular occurrence ????
Nice food. Ingredients were all fresh. However I confirmed that the only ingredients in my peri burger would be lettuce onions and tomato. It was served with cheese. When I pay over £5 for a burger, I like to decide what goes inside it and staff to honour my request.

Firstly look at the STATE of the kitchen, the place where they are preparing your “food” is disgraceful, the staff members clearly do not adhere to hygiene regulations and how they are still open is truly shocking. The food, well haha, look at the other reviews and you will see how sickened every other customer is by the quality of “food” they are serving, pretty sure my burger was still mooing, I reckon if I put it on the floor it would have started moving, vile.
Trading Standards will be notified, this is a shambles from head to toe. Even if this was the last place on Earth I would not eat here, even if they paid me.

Order a chicken fillet burger, it took 5 mins to receive my burger and when I opened the box I was given a burnt bun with 3 strips of cold chicken. Took it back and no apology and was told it would take 10 mins. Disgusting customer service
I really love their beef burgers and especially their milkshakes. They have the best beef burgers and shakes I have had. I would definitely recommend it.
