Definitely went down hill in recent years. Every time i come here there is a problem, either chewey horrible meat or pastry damp and soggy. Seems more about quantity rather than quality now, and the prices? Please....
Shocking service, If there’s a queue out the door and it’s peak morning time 7.30am then maybe have more than 1 staff on the tills, won’t be back, second time in a row this has happened, tell your staff to put the milk away after the queue has less than 8 people init, also have more food in the fridge your choices are laughable
Ordered online one of their celebration cakes for our Ruby Wedding Anniversary. The ordering process was simply to use and quick. The cake was delicious and well presented.

Great little shop at t hall, well laid out & great selection. Staff always very friendly. A busy shop always tells you how good it is.
Could do with having a bigger customer waiting space, store isn't too big, that's why sometimes queue is out the door, not too good in winter months or heavy rain.
Great rolls. Always a queue. Staff need to have dedicated hot roll/coffee person and two who can serve the grab and go customer.
Staff are so friendly. The cakes are lush????
