Food was burnt unlike like a standard Baynes Baker products that I normally buy. Lorne sausage was brick hard and hot chocolate was literally full.
Service is shocking. The attitude from the older women who served me was terrible. I only asked for a roll politely and got told “nut! we don’t have any left you can have this” no sorry or anything. When I got served I got told is “is that it?” Which is not the way to talk to customers especially when I was causing no problems and only asking to buy products while being compromising on products they were out of stock of.
I’m from Bowhill , and I’ll not be going back when I can go up the road to get excellent service and better products.
